How do I get started?
Create an account, configure your hours, services, escalation rules, and forwarding, then test a real call before production traffic goes live. Most shops complete setup in under 60 minutes.
What happens when someone calls my shop?
The AI front desk answers, collects the caller's name, vehicle info, service request, urgency, and preferred timing, then creates a dashboard handoff and optional SMS recap. If it's urgent, your configured escalation rules apply.
Can I customize the AI's responses?
Yes. From your dashboard under Agent settings, you can set the agent name, personality, custom instructions, and upload shop knowledge docs the AI will reference during calls.
What if the AI can't handle a call?
You can configure a transfer number — the AI will warm-transfer the caller to a human when it detects they need one. You can also review call recordings and transcripts in the dashboard.
Is call recording legal?
Laws vary by state. Our system plays a disclosure at the start of every recorded call, and you can configure consent requirements. Check your local one-party vs two-party consent laws.
How does billing work?
We offer Starter ($99/mo, 1 line, 200 calls), Pro ($199/mo, up to 3 routed lines, 500 calls, live booking or request workflows, bilingual), and Enterprise ($499/mo, unlimited routed lines, 2,000 calls, location routing, and API access). All plans include a 14-day free trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard Settings or by contacting us. Active service data is deleted within 30 days unless a different written agreement applies, and encrypted backups expire through normal backup rotation within 90 days.
