SaaS Platform Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AutoShop Voice AI platform (“the Service”), operated by AutoShop Voice AI, Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service provides AI-powered phone answering, call handling, appointment capture, and related tools for auto repair shops. You are responsible for configuring your shop's hours, services, escalation rules, and call handling policies. The Service processes data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and Security & Data Handling page.

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your shop data is deleted from active systems within 30 days unless a different written agreement applies. Encrypted backups expire through normal backup rotation within 90 days. The Service is provided on an as-available basis; we aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including reverse engineering, unauthorized access, resale without permission, or using the Service in violation of applicable laws including call recording and SMS consent requirements.

SMS Messaging Program

The following terms govern the SMS messaging component of the platform.

1. Program Description

AutoShop Voice AI is an AI-powered phone receptionist for auto repair shops. After you call a participating shop, you may receive transactional SMS messages related to a call you initiated — such as an appointment confirmation, callback notice, service-status update, or satisfaction request.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the shop and the follow-up workflow configured by that shop. We do not send recurring marketing messages, promotional offers, or bulk campaigns. Each message is tied to a call or service interaction you initiated.

3. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AutoShop Voice AI does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

4. Opt-Out / STOP

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from our SMS number. You can also use reasonable opt-out language that clearly communicates you no longer want SMS follow-up. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further texts. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to call the shop.

5. Help / Support

For help, reply HELP to any of our messages, or contact us at support@autoshopvoice.com.

6. Consent

When you request SMS follow-up, confirm a textable number, or otherwise agree to receive text follow-up during a call or service interaction, you consent to transactional SMS messages related to that interaction. For example, during an inbound call, the AI receptionist explicitly states: "Calls are recorded and we may send you follow-up status texts."By continuing the call and providing your phone number when requested, you opt-in to receive a single transactional text message confirming your request. You are not required to consent to SMS as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from the shop.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support may vary.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive to deliver messages promptly, but delivery depends on your carrier and network conditions. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
