Support expectations

Email tickets are triaged in the order they arrive. Account, billing, and routing questions get a first response within four business hours during support hours. Any production call-routing failure is treated as operationally urgent and escalated to on-call engineering immediately.

We follow a 90-day coordinated disclosure window. Report vulnerabilities to security@autoshopvoice.com with reproduction steps, expected impact, and any proof-of-concept code.
